Yes, that's my device. And I was rather hoping to do pretty much exactly
that, minus hub. Couldn't I just plug my non-wireless devices (my desktop
computer) straight into the CB3000?
As has probably become painfully obvious, I don't know too much about
networking, so I'm trying to use this as an opportunity to learn how to plug
things into each other. I realize there are several alternatives to getting
my desktop onto my wireless network, including- as a last resort- stretching
a 10 meter ethernet cable upstairs to my WAP, which does have a few spare
RJ-45 ports- but I want to try and mess around with several
different alternatives and try to get them all working in turn. I figure
that's the way to learn the most from this exercise.
