[olug] fishing....need assistance w/ Redback SMS-500/AOS software

Have a piece of equipment, Redback SMS-500

The thing has EOL'd, so it doesn't seem possible to get any company
support on the thing. Need a support contract, on active product, just
to open support event.....

Anybody know of an resources?? I'm willing to pay, just need to know WHO
