I agree with Aric that the throughput of a "split 16x PCIE" card will
be much better than the AGP card.
But, the original poster asked about multiple people using the system
at one time. It's possible that the video card driver might not play
nice and if one users X desktop needs to refresh for a login/logout,
it's possible that the person on the shared display might see some
video hic-ups.
On the other hand, once you get all users logged in this is probably a
moot point.
