I wouldn't worry about... 
I believe might was a unique billing glitch as they said my service had been
disconnected because of not payment and it was a reconnect fee.

The internet was never disconnected and I was paid up.  It happens, they
corrected it.
I over reacted.....

I'm going to watch when we get the next bill.  Since we use Quicken
and it auto-populates the amount field we should notice if this
changes drastically since we don't have much variation month-to-month.
 I've asked my neighbors to watch too just in case.
