[olug] Cox Ultimate Tier

Sounds like Google Fiber is having an impact. All without putting any
money into the Omaha area. They did put some money into creating a
proposal and then giving it appropriate weight so that even if it
turns out to be a bluff(which I don't think will be), they'll do so
all across the country all at once.
