[olug] Proxy server hardware requirements

+1 for IPCop. It has pretty low bare minimum requirements, and is
pretty easy to get running.

Overall as a product, you can make a few arguments that other products
(like pfsense) are better firewalls, etc. but on such old hardware,
I'd probably go with IPCop.
