[olug] Packaging tool for OSX that runs under Linux?

Xcode? It has the gcc compilers built into it, I can loan you my 10.6
Install Disk. That is how I got my mac to install wget. That would be easier
to do it under the same os. If I am wrong please clarify what you are doing
because Xcode will install without any updates from Apple.
