tsatest sees a 13%-16% error rate. Effective rate started @6000+ but dropped to 1600+ after about 30 seconds:

We have been using OES for a while here, and we also use Commvault for
backups. Our backup guy said to verify your TSAFS settings to make sure
they match the Commvault recommendations. The NSS partitions will be going
through TSAFS and that can make or break your backups.
