[olug] Contemplating an iPad.

I'm thinking about an iPad to replace my dead PDA. I want the screen
size so I can use it as my always available eBook reader and Google
answer-retriever

>From a business perspective how well does it work? Guess what I'm
asking is if it plays well with Outlook, connect to a Microsoft PPTP
VPN server, etc?  I know it has an SSH/telnet app so that will help.
And if I really need a keyboard the are bluetooth keyboards for $60.

Does it play well with Linux?  Or will I need to have a system running
iTunes to put files on it?
