Never used or even heard of SpiderOak.

SpiderOak's 100GB for $100.00/year is half-the-price of DropBox.com
i had decided to pay for DropBox instead of RAID, but now there is
even more choice.
DropBox seemed to have raised their rates.

Would really like to know others experience with SpiderOak.
Not sure how well DropBox handles symbolic links, but SpiderOak does
not handle them at all.  Is Recursion detection that hard?
