last i heard, it's about 35$ to file the paperwork, add $100 to have a
lawyer do it for you...you might get a free consultation to point you in the
right direction though. this does mean that you would be representing
yourself...you know what the saying is about that....though there are many
exceptions.
most of these courtTV shows pick their "cases" out of small claims court, so
that's not a real possibility until you sue the bastards.
