Seeking a skilled Systems Administrator for a part-time contract
position of 6-12 months in duration. The SA will work 1-2 days per
week on a fixed schedule, though the SA will have input on what days
of the week he or she will be schedule to work.

Candidate will be responsible for providing primary software,
hardware, and basic network support. Candidate will also be
responsible for troubleshooting, upgrading, repairing, and lifecycle
management of PCs and troubleshooting/resolving basic network
administration duties. Troubleshoot and restore routine technical
service and equipment problems by identifying faults and symptoms
using established processes and procedures. Hands-on computer and
computer peripherals configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and
repair. Solve or escalate issues related to network connectivity over
leased-lines, DSL or cable Internet using VPN hardware and software.
Provide guidance in resolution of application, hardware, and software
problems. Perform Tier I and Tier II software and hardware support.
Assist in providing technical support for the corporate wide
information system infrastructure. Installation and configuration
techniques, maintenance and troubleshooting, System Recovery, Remote
assistance.
