[olug] Basic cheap local hosting?

All the more reason to go with Internet Nebraska, even though the
actual circuit is owned by Qwest / Windstream. They actually give
a rip about customer service, and they love Linux.

I requested PPPoE for my linux-based router/firewall at home, and
it was setup with no problems.

I don't know about Qwest vs Cox, but in Lincoln, DSL downstream is
just as fast as cable. Upstream is slower than cable (768Kbps), but
I'll take that tradeoff for a cheap static IP address.
