In Gmail, make sure you have a filter set up -

Has the words: list:(olug.olug.org)
Set it to
Skip the Inbox
Apply a label (I use 'list.olug')
Never send it to spam.

All of the list emails will be in it's own labeled folder.  If you 
access via IMAP, it will be a separate folder.
