The card had PCI male connectors and further behind and _below_ there
were more connectors.  The second connector in a different vertical
plane, so i am having a hard time picturing any kind of motherboard it
would plug into.  What kind of backplane would take that card?   Isn't
really all it needs is power, so if he applies the right power to the
power conductors, what else?
