Extremely good.
This is basically what I've been doing for a couple years now. I just also
use mixed case with numbers and symbols as well. I wonder how long it would
take to crack one of mine...
One thing I would have added, would be that passwords need not last for
years if you are changing them as often as you should. A slightly simpler
password that takes a month to crack, can be just as secure as long as you
change it regularly. That is, unless you're being held while someone is
trying to get at your data.
