[olug] OT: SW Olug'ers

I didn't get out of work until late, tracing down application performance
issues.

Everyone running oracle should check their
/sys/block/SCSI_DISK_DEV/queue/nr_requests
and
/sys/block/SCIS_DISK_DEV/device/queue_depth

256 & 128 doubled the application throughput, even though iostat, and XIV
stats didn't show much differences........
