All I am going to say:

You need to have frank discussions with the hiring manager about the
long-term viability and plans of these (and any) positions in this group.
West it a great place to work, but it is highly dynamic, and you need to be
prepared for that. Not unlike any other fortune 1000+ enterprise, its has
pro's and con's.
