Ok, who started this Threadjack!



Note of 12.4 woes - picked up a 12.4 disc at Maker Faire a few weekends 
ago, tried using it for an install this week on a reasonably recent Dell 
tower; no dice. Error during the install, something about not being able 
to copy files over. Clicked past that, system reboots - to black screen 
& a cursor. GTFG brings up 'burn another image'

Burned a new, fresh CD from ISO - same issue.

Borrow a USB install from coworker - installs fine.
