That's a pretty open-ended question.  Assuming all of the LVM tools died
after the "yum erase" command, the next logical step would be to re-install
the correct yum packages for your system.  I can't remember off hand, but I
believe there is a yum install with a "--force" option.

(I'm sure I'll have someone slap my hands for suggesting that...)
