[olug] Bitlocker, Windows 7, and Linux...

Anyone have a link to a "how to fix it" page discussing the steps
required to re-build the MBR on a Windows 7 disk with Bootlocker
enabled on the partition?
On my work laptop which has Windows 7 locked down with Bootlocker, I
tried installing Ubuntu 12.04 to a second HDD so I could dual-boot to
my OS of choice. The install went fine, but when I rebooted, I now
get a grub error:
error: no such device: 9019536d-8402-4236-a9e8-b01b0e4811ea.
grub rescue>
Looks like when Ubuntu added the grub boot loader, it killed the MBR
on C:. From reading articles on line that appears to be the cause,
but no solution short of "re-install and restore".
Anyone have any other ideas to try? I don't have anything of
importance on my C: drive so re-imaging isn't the end of the world,
but I know it will take a while.
Is there a repair option for MS and Bitlocker that someone on the tech
side can run that would be quicker?
Sigh...I've done enough damage for one night, I'm going to bed now. :)
