That has not been my experience.  But, I only look at network able, PS
capable printers.  Just about anything else is a winprint toy.  They don't
work that well either.  Cheap trash meant to burn through consumables.  If
a printer is network capable, it'll normally work with any PS output.
Meaning, *nix, Mac and winblo$e.
