Cox knew about Centurylink's roll-out plans because Centurylink has to
announce what their infrastructure plans are in advance of them doing the
work... where Cox doesn't have to. Since I haven't seen any Centurylink
trucks here in La Vista I'm gonna assume that there won't be any Cox trucks
showing up any time soon either ;)
