Hacked in what sense? That they have some form of malware?
Or hacked like a jealous ex accessed their computer without permission to
snoop?
The former is easy to determine with virus/malware scans, or just checking
running processes and looking for anything suspect. The later is harder to
determine, unless the PC was accessed with a Windows login event during
hours the owner was at work or something like that.
