[olug] OT: Weird Poweredge 720 errir

The full error IIRC is "AMP0303 System board [something] consumption
out of range" where [something] might give some indication as to where
exactly the problem lies. I think it may identify which voltage rail
is seeing too much current draw which might help narrow it down.
