In this case, 90° is directly overhead, 0° is the horizon, so 79° I would
hope is visible even with obstructions.

Been taking the ISS for granted. Not thrilled that Putin runs the Soyuz so
can't wait for Elon Musk to deliver.

P.S. Might not actually be off topic since there is some form of *nix on
the ISS.
