[olug] Technical Documentation Wiki

I'm looking to replace our Confluence Wiki with something open source.
Confluence is a pain to upgrade, is slow, java-based, and you have to pay
to license.

I need a wiki that works well for technical documentation. I want something
where I can have a tree view, to potentially lock down access to sections
of the wiki based on teams in a nice tree/folder structure.

LDAP or WIA integration for single sign on in a Windows domain would be a
huge plus.
