I have no tie to this company other than being a satisfied customer.

I have been working with these guys since '99 and they are backup
experts. They are manufacturer agnostic and they actually listen to
what you want. If they lead with X and you say "No, because of A, B,
and C" they will offer a different solution.
Probably the best part about working with them is continuity of
service. I can still talk to the same guys now that I did in 99 (with
one exception, he retired).
I know they are expanding into the cloud, colo, and other services,
maybe they can help you.
