[olug] Screw mounts for Dell 2.5 to 3.5 adapters are horrible. Dell 09W8C4 c6100 R720 T620 R520 T420 630

Have had numerous screw mounts in these trays strip, cross thread, and just
otherwise are horribly designed.  I need to invest in something to rethread
as normal HardDrives screws are not "hard" enough to use to rethread.
Anybody have a recommended place to get a tap that small?   Some other
workaround?
