[olug] Splunk Alternative

We setup with Loggly ( https://www.loggly.com ) recently - we've been
pretty happy with it.  Quick searches and setting alerts for events within
timed intervals, web hooks, etc

Super simple to get setup - and the pricing wasn't terrible for not having
to manage anything with it.
