What is the range that programmers charge per hour in this area? Industry
standard?

I'll have to check into the firewall issue as well. Just so weird because
I had no issues adding a printer and installing it to work right away on
my chromebook running native Ubuntu 14.04. Yet my iPhone and the iPads are
totally blind to it. Thanks for the ideas keep em coming :)
