[olug] Download Linux Journal digital assets

Just to close the loop on this, I setup a simple "wget" command using
"--mirror" (as well as adding --wait=30 and --random-wait to be nice to the
server), and all the files appear to have been downloaded.  In the end it
was 6.0GB so be kind if you mirror the same.  (I'll bring along a copy of
the raw files to the Jan OLUG meeting if anyone wants one.)

Sad to see them go, glad to see that they are not letting the digital
magazine files to go "poof"...
