[olug] Tesla PowerWall for server room battery backup

A certified Tesla installer from out-of-state replied back that Tesla no
longer allows their powerwall to be used in 3phase 208v power systems like
ours and most businesses.  It is allowed in Australia and other places but
not the USA.
