[olug] Drilling Concrete Block-I'm doing it wrong

Harbor freight probably has a cheap one if you want one to have on hand
without spending a ton of money. You will chew through bits fast without a
hammer drill, and only use very little pressure, and back off once in a
while to clear the hole out and cool the bit.
