[olug] Kernel 5.8--now with cable testing!

Very cool - imagine adding these tests to part of the system health
monitoring and you could start to monitor for degraded cables and
connections.  (Moved a server and it stopped working?  Hmm, maybe because
the cable you put in is now inducing errors...)
