Ya, Discord has invite links. Dave could just paste an invite link to this mailing list.

And/or Dave could invite each of us individually if we all tell him our unique Discord user ID. In Discord you're whatever name you want to be + the system appends a 4 digit number to that name forcing uniqueness.
