I second the "Linux Command" book publisher, No Starch Press as pretty good
beginner to intermediate resources.
I'll throw in a plug for the "Learn Linux TV" YouTube channel:

His "Linux Commands for Beginners 01 - Introduction" and the following 24+
episodes are decent for a beginner, and each are only around 15 minutes or
less.
