[olug] ftp servers

I've had wonderful experiences with ProFTPD.  I installed it over a year ago
on a decently high volume ftp server and I haven't had to change
configuration or do any troubleshooting on it all.  Aside from routine
security audits or hardware maintenance, I've been able to ignore that
server.
