[olug] Newbie Question - KDE Screensavers

You might consider un-installing kdeartwork and then re-installing it.
If the files were deleted or have incorrect permissions this probably will fix 
them

The screensavers should probably have at least world read permissions.  
(chmod +r screen_saver_path)
