To answer your question of how do you find the direct urls for positions
on careerlink: the same way you do it for any other frame-based site. In
Firefox, I view the position, right click on the frame and select This
Frame -> View Frame Info. That will show you the direct URL.

Alternately, you can use the Email a Friend option at the bottom of every
position to email the position link to any address. The link in that email
will show the position framed by the careerlink master frameset.
