  OK kids, here is the scoop:

   They're (RIAA & MPAA) trying to sneak the broadcast flag back in 
after it was firmly struck down by a court two months ago. Lee Terry, 
R., Nebraska 2nd District, has signed off as being one of the twenty 
supporters for this bill.

   I called a bit ago, I'm now sending a fax. Each of us needs to do 
this and do it today. Do *not* use the EFF's email form - that counts as 
one voter, a call counts as ten, and a fax of the EFF's material with 
your hand signed personal message at the top is worth a hundred. If you 
can't send a fax a letter in an envelope is even better.

  Try to not sound like a loony. Don't threaten him, not even suggesting 
you won't vote for him - that is implicit in the opposition letter. If 
you want to vet your letter before sending it shoot it to me and I'll 
look it over.
