[olug] Knoppix(Debian) ethernet interface config?

  I've got a laptop I'm prepping for someone and they want Knoppix, 
which I hardly know at all. I just loaded 4.02 and it all looks great 
except ... no ethernet interface. I found /etc/network/interfaces and 
put a line in there

iface eth0 inet dhcp

 I'm about to try it with

iface eth0 dhcp

  And after that I'm lost - how do I get it to pull an address via DHCP 
on boot?
