[olug] Switch brands?

Hey guys,

Do you have brand of network switch that you prefer to use? Something 
reliable that doesn't cost an arm & a leg?

I need a new rack-mount, 16-port switch for my rack at home, and 
probably a couple smaller ones for satellite locations.  A managed 
switch would be gravy, but really isn't necessary.  PPoE would be 
helpful, but again, isn't required.

I'm fed up with TP-LINK after their business-class switch died a second 
time in 18 months, and finding that their customer support is a 
nightmare to deal with.  It took 10 days to get them to even issue an 
RMA, and then they required me to pay shipping for a warranty replacement.
